A vinyasa flow for all levels but a familiarity with basic yoga postures is recommended. Each class is different but expect a warm-up, sun salutations, a combination of standing and seated postures weaved together with breath, and a sweet savasana. Expect more descriptive cues and more modifications throughout class.
All classes with "Hot" in the name are heated to 90 degrees F and are in a room with infrared panels.
