Yin
Yin Yoga provides a balance and compliment to your yang/vinyasa practice.
Practiced in a comfortably warm room, yin poses focus on the spine, hips, shoulders, joints and the deeper plastic tissues that connect and separate the bones and muscles.
The practice is on the floor {mostly}. And the experience requires time, depth and stillness.
Yin yoga is proven to maintain healthy joints, increase range of motion, create long, lean muscle tone + break down pesky scar tissue. In addition, yin yoga counters your daily stress + commotion with mental stillness and meditation.
All are welcome to take a deep breath, settle in and soak in the feels.

Whether you are a certified yoga teacher seeking continuing education or someone who feels called to explore Yin Yoga on a deeper level, this immersive experience offers a rich opportunity for learning, self-discovery, and personal growth.
Yin Yoga is a gentle yet profound practice that utilizes long-held, passive postures to target the body's connective tissues while inviting stillness of both body and mind. Throughout this 20-hour immersion, we will explore the philosophy, principles, and practical application of Yin Yoga. Guided by experienced teachers, participants will journey into the roots of Yin Yoga, including its connection to Taoist philosophy, the energetic body, and the importance of balancing yin and yang energies. Alchemy of Rest: Yin Yoga + Thai Massage
Alchemy of Rest is a deeply immersive, ritual-based experience that blends yin yoga, breathwork, therapeutic Thai bodywork, and sound healing to guide the body into profound states of rest and renewal.
This is not simply a class—it is a space where effort and doing soften into rest and receiving.
Through long-held, supported postures, the body is gently opened while hands-on assists and Thai massage techniques to help release tension held deep within the tissues. Breath becomes a bridge between sensation and surrender, allowing the nervous system to downshift and the mind to quiet. Sound weaves throughout the practice, creating a field of resonance that supports integration and deep restoration.
Each element is layered with intention, creating a subtle yet powerful transformation—where holding becomes softening, effort becomes ease, and rest becomes medicine.
Alchemy of Rest invites you to return to your body, to your breath, and to the quiet intelligence that emerges when you allow yourself to truly let go.
Investment: $44.
You can secure your space here.
