From there, you’ll settle into a deeply nurturing restorative pose, supported by blankets and bolsters, allowing the nervous system to unwind and the breath to anchor you fully into the present moment.
With your energy softened and your heart open, we will move into a cord-cutting ceremony—an intentional ritual to dissolve outdated attachments, stagnant emotions, or lingering patterns from the past year.
