We are excited to bring back our Unbound series, this time we will be working with the energy of the 3I/Atlas comet that will be moving through our solar system.

In astrology, the 3I/ATLAS comet represents themes of courageous expansion, breaking from old patterns, and a cosmic nudge toward a higher vision. This comet represents a new way of life, but first we must let go of old, outdated ways of thinking and being, making space for a better version of ourselves.

To support this transformative journey, we invite you to our ultimate deep release workshop.

Our night will begin with Yin yoga accompanied by the deep release of sound healing instruments. The practice will entail creating shapes in the body that facilitate the release of old, stuck emotions. Following our movement practice, we’ll enter into a deep meditation to uncover and release these lingering feelings. We’ll conclude by crafting and smashing symbolic plates, allowing you to safely take home the pieces to bury, returning them to Mother Earth—our powerful transmuter. Together, we will dissolve these emotional pathways and, in doing so, cultivate something beautiful.
